Delete Your RepIQ Account

RepIQ gives users control over their accounts and personal information.
You can request permanent deletion of your RepIQ account and associated personal data.
Delete Your Account in RepIQ

Open RepIQ.

Go to Settings.

Select Account.

Select Delete Account.

Review the deletion information and confirm your request.
These steps apply once the in-app deletion feature is implemented and verified.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have access to RepIQ, you can request account deletion by emailing:
Subject: RepIQ Account Deletion Request
Please send your request from the email address associated with your RepIQ account where possible.
We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request.
We will not request your account password by email.
What Will Be Deleted?
Following verification and subject to applicable legal requirements, account deletion will include associated personal information such as:

Profile and account details

Personal workout history
-
Saved workouts and training programmes
-
Fitness measurements, goals and progress

Personal awards and workout statistics
-
Associated personal community information and content, subject to applicable legal exceptions

Other personal data that no longer needs to be retained
Where a shared workout contains personal data or remains attributable to you, it will be addressed as part of the deletion process.
Data held by independent third-party services may be subject to their own deletion and retention arrangements.
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including limited records needed for legitimate financial, security, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
Information held in backups may take additional time to be removed under the applicable backup retention schedule.
We will explain any applicable retention exceptions.
Exact retention periods must be confirmed against the implemented deletion process before publication.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your RepIQ account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.
To avoid further billing, cancel your subscription through the appropriate store.

Important Information
Account deletion is intended to be permanent.
Once data is deleted, your workout history, saved programmes and progress may not be recoverable.
Where a deletion request cannot be completed immediately, we will explain the next steps and handle the request in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
