RepIQ Subscription and Purchase Terms

1. RepIQ Pro

RepIQ offers optional paid access to premium features under the name RepIQ Pro.

Available purchase options may include:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Annual subscription

  • Lifetime purchase

Available features, prices and eligibility conditions are displayed within RepIQ before purchase.

2. Subscription Pricing

Prices are displayed in your applicable App Store or Google Play currency.

The currently presented purchase price, billing period and product description in the applicable store checkout are authoritative.

Prices may vary by country, tax treatment and storefront.

RepIQ will disclose the full recurring price before purchase.

3. Fourteen-Day Free Trial

Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial of RepIQ Pro.

A trial is available only where explicitly shown in the purchase offer.

If you activate an eligible trial:

  • Premium features become available during the stated trial period.

  • Unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable store's requirements, the subscription automatically converts to the displayed paid subscription when the trial expires.

  • The relevant store manages billing and trial eligibility.

  • Cancelling may affect access according to the store's trial rules.

A trial is not automatically available for every purchase, subscription or account.

Always review the displayed purchase confirmation.

4. Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Renewal payments are managed by Apple or Google.

The renewal amount and billing period will be displayed before purchase, subject to any subsequent changes handled under applicable law and platform rules.

5. How to Cancel

Apple devices

Open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → RepIQ → Cancel Subscription.

Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RepIQ → Cancel subscription.

Uninstalling RepIQ or deleting your RepIQ account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription.

6. Lifetime Purchase

Where offered, RepIQ Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

It provides access to the premium features covered by the Lifetime offering for the supported lifetime of the RepIQ service, subject to the applicable purchase description and consumer rights.

It is not a guarantee that the application or every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Lifetime purchases do not automatically qualify for subscription free trials.

7. Restore Purchases

Users may restore eligible purchases using RepIQ's Restore Purchases functionality.

Availability is subject to the relevant Apple or Google account, purchase platform and applicable purchase conditions.

Cross-platform entitlement recognition, if supported, is governed by RepIQ's implemented account and purchase-linking functionality.

8. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to the applicable store's refund procedures and terms.

You may request a refund through the relevant store.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory refund, cancellation, digital-content or other consumer rights that apply under law.

9. Changes to Prices or Features

Subscription prices and premium features may change.

Any change to recurring billing will be handled according to applicable consumer law and the relevant app store's notification and consent requirements.

10. Account Deletion

Deleting your RepIQ account does not automatically end billing through Apple or Google.

Please cancel any active subscription through the appropriate store before deleting your account if you do not wish to continue being charged.
