Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Open RepIQ, select the password reset option on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

How do I create a workout?

Open the Workouts section and select Create New Workout. Choose your exercises, customise your sets and repetitions, and save your workout.

How do I generate an AI workout?

Select AI Generate from the Workouts section. Choose your workout preferences, including duration, training focus and available equipment.

RepIQ Pro is required for AI-generated workouts.

How do I manage or cancel my RepIQ Pro subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be managed through the relevant app store.

iPhone: Open Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → RepIQ.
Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RepIQ.

Deleting your RepIQ account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open RepIQ's subscription screen and select Restore Purchases. Ensure you're using the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I connect Apple Health or Health Connect?

Open RepIQ Settings and locate the Health integration options. Follow the prompts to grant access to supported health information. Health access is optional.

How do I delete my RepIQ account?

You can request account deletion through the account deletion option in RepIQ or visit our Account Deletion page.
