RepIQ Terms of Use

1. About RepIQ

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RepIQ mobile application and related services.

RepIQ is operated by Diamond Business Execution Ltd, trading as RepIQ.

By using RepIQ, you agree to these Terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

2. The Service

RepIQ provides features that may include:

  • Workout creation and tracking

  • Exercise libraries and demonstrations

  • Training programme planning

  • AI-assisted fitness recommendations

  • Fitness progress and awards

  • Community functionality

  • Workout sharing

  • Optional premium features

Features may change as the application develops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You must not impersonate others, access accounts without authorisation or deliberately interfere with the service.

You may request account deletion through the app or the published account deletion process.

4. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

RepIQ provides general fitness information and training tools.

RepIQ does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical advice.

Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury.

You should exercise within your abilities, use equipment safely and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury or concerns about starting an exercise programme.

Stop exercising if you experience concerning symptoms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

5. AI-Generated Workouts and Programmes

AI-generated recommendations are produced using automated systems and may not always be accurate, appropriate or suitable for individual circumstances.

Users should review suggested exercises, training intensity and equipment requirements before starting.

RepIQ does not guarantee particular fitness, strength, weight-loss or health outcomes.

6. User Content and Community

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to any rights necessary for RepIQ to operate the service.

By uploading or sharing content, you grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content as necessary to provide the features you use, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.

You must not upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringing material.

RepIQ may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, maintain safety or comply with legal obligations.

7. Shared Workouts

You may choose to share workouts using public links.

Recipients may view the shared exercise structure and, where supported, save their own independent copies.

You should only share material you are entitled to distribute.

Publicly shared workout information may remain accessible to people who have received its link until sharing is revoked or the content is otherwise removed.

RepIQ should provide appropriate controls for shared content and account deletion.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain RepIQ features may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed through the applicable Apple or Google payment system.

Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility and renewal conditions are displayed before purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

RepIQ's software, branding, original interface elements and owned content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the application in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.

You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute protected material except where applicable law permits.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, network issues, third-party outages and technical faults may affect access.

We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service, in accordance with applicable law.

11. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those rights and applicable law, RepIQ does not guarantee that using the service will produce a particular health, fitness or performance result.

Any limitations of liability will apply only to the extent legally permitted.

12. Termination

You may stop using RepIQ and request account deletion.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for serious breaches of these Terms, fraud, security risks or legal obligations.

Where applicable, we will provide appropriate notice and comply with consumer protection requirements.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription administered by Apple or Google.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to the service, law or business operations.

Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and applicable consumer rights will be respected.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
