A bit about me

I am a passionate and experienced leader with a strong track record of delivering success in demanding and complex environments.

I began my career as a systems professional, working across a range of global technology functions within a major investment bank. That broad technical foundation has been invaluable in my transition into programme, project and business change leadership. It enables me to bridge the gap between technology and the business, clearly communicating value to C-Level stakeholders while ensuring delivery teams remain focused on strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.

I take great pride in helping clients and their teams perform at their best. I am particularly motivated by developing people, building high-performing teams and seeing talented individuals progress within their organisations.

In recent years, I have spent significant time mentoring professionals, combining established leadership and coaching techniques with lessons drawn from my own experience. This has also helped me build a trusted network of highly capable professionals who continue to support and strengthen Diamond.
