A bit about me
I am passionate leader of teams with a track record of success in the most demanding environments.
My early career was spent working as a Systems professional across many backend Global Technology departments for a large investment bank. I believe this varied grounding has been essential in supporting my transition to a highly effective change professional as I am able to translate the value of technology to C-Level/Business stakeholders whilst also ensuring the delivery team are aligned to the needs of the business. I pride myself on my ability to drive my clients and their team to be 'the best they can be' and enjoy seeing key resources progressing upwards in their organisation. In recent years I have spent significant time mentoring people utilising a blend of NLP qualifications and my own personal experience and techniques.
